Smart-I Electronics System is actively seeking a candidate responsible for overseeing our company’s sales operation in the Hyderabad geographical area. This could well include several countries, so expect your schedule to be fairly busy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare responses to Requests for Information / Qualifications / Proposals
- Responsible for Channel management and channel Sales achieving the target of the region.
- Managed & Co-ordinate the Sales Team of distributors
- Interact with / visit prospects/customers / OEM to, understand user requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents as per prospects/project/product requirements.
- The interface between customers and internal teams.
- Generate Bill of Materials for quotations
- Liaison with third-party vendors to gather their product information/pricing/quotations
- Respond to technical queries from prospects/customers/vendors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products.
- Support in the tendering and bidding process
- Support for demonstration and presentations to the prospects/customers / OEMs
- Good in Channel Network and monitor the current Channel Partners.
- Sales Forecasting and Analysis.
- Regular report to Regional Sales Manager regarding performance.
- Responsible for timely collections from dealers.
- Preparation & timely submission of MIS reports.
- Work closely with the team to facilitate the branding and other marketing-related activities.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a Technical / Science or Electrical / Electronics / Physics background. The candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience.
